Shadowing Dr. Vokshoor was truly an amazing experience. I learned a great deal not only about neuroanatomy, but also about the roles and expectations of a neurosurgeon. Everyone in the OR was very welcoming and willing to explain what was going on.

I also appreciated how Dr. Vokshoor took time to clarify what he was doing so that I could understand as well. During clinic, I learned a lot about the professional demeanor that must be upheld in the medical field as well as the importance of understanding and catering specifically to each patient's feelings. I am very grateful to have been given this opportunity by Dr. Vokshoor and his staff; it was truly an eye-opening and wonderful experience.
