Observing Dr. Vokshoor in both the clinic and the operating room was a marvelous experience that has shown me what it takes to be a top-notch surgeon. He has taught me that in the operating room, a surgeon is a leader but also a listener, always taking the council of their team. This does not change in the clinic, as Dr. Vokshoor works effectively with his staff to make sure that the patient feels comfortable but also confident in his advice. Dr. Vokshoor’s mentality of always trying to do what is best for the patient while also operating at the highest level is a conviction that I will carry with me as I enter and practice within the medical field. I am grateful to him and the staff of the Institute of Neuro Innovation for the opportunity.
