Getting to shadow and work alongside Dr. Vokshoor was an incredible opportunity to get involved in a state-of-the-art clinical practice. From watching complicated procedures to witnessing patients testify how much their life has changed due to world-class care, the internship allowed me to immerse myself in the field of neurosurgery. I strongly believe that the lessons learned from my week with INI will resonate with me for the rest of my life as I pursue a career in medicine.
