Paul Y. Song, MD
Chairman & CEO of NKGen Biotech

Paul Y. Song, MD is currently Chairman and CEO of NKGen Biotech. Dr. Song’s last clinical role was Asst. Professor at the Samuel Oschin Cancer Center at

Cedars Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Song also served as the very first visiting fellow on healthcare policy in the California Department of Insurance in 2013. He is the Co-Founder/former CEO of Fuse Biotherapeutics where he still serves as a senior advisor. He is also on the board of PeproMene Bio, Hawkeye Bio, the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering at the University of Chicago, Mercy Corps, and Gideon’s Promise.

Dr. Song graduated with honors from the University of Chicago and received his M.D. degree from George Washington University. He completed his residency in radiation oncology at the University of Chicago where he served as Chief Resident and did a brachytherapy fellowship at the Institute Gustave Roussy in Villejuif, France. He was also awarded an ASTRO research fellowship in 1995 for his research in radiation inducible gene therapy.

Jordan Amadio, MD
Neurosurgeon

Dr. Jordan Amadio is Director of Neurosurgery at Neuralink, where he collaborates with engineers, neuroscientists, and AI researchers to advance brain-computer interface (BCI) technology. He joined Neuralink in 2021, working on large animal BCI implantations and surgical optimization, and now leads the Neuralink Innovation Fellowship for neurosurgery residents. He is a sub-investigator of the FDA-cleared PRIME study, which implanted its first human participant in 2024.

Outside Neuralink, Dr. Amadio practices neurosurgery with a focus on minimally invasive spine surgery, neuro-oncology, and trauma. He is Chief of Spinal Neurosurgery at Olympia Neurological Institute and an Affiliate Clinical Professor at UT-Austin’s Dell Medical School. He also co-develops robotic tools for spine surgery as part of an NIH-funded collaboration with the Texas Robotics Institute. A graduate of Princeton (Physics), Harvard-MIT HST (M.D.), and Harvard Business School (MBA), he completed neurosurgery residency at Emory University, where he co-founded NeuroLaunch, an incubator for neuroscience startups.

Jared Ament, MD MPH
Neurosurgeon | Neurosurgery & Spine Group

Dr. Jared D. Ament is a Board Certified, fellowship-trained neurosurgeon. Dr. Ament is known as the “anti-fusion doctor”, specializing in motion preservation technology for both the neck and lower back. He and Dr. Vokshoor have been principal investigators in numerous FDA national trials, exploring the latest in artificial disc and artificial facet replacement technologies in order to bring the very best to their patients. He has spearheaded the novel, one-of-its-kind, '360-degree total lumbar arthroplasty' trial, using artificial disc and artificial facets at the same level. He also specializes in microvascular decompression brain surgery for trigeminal neuralgia and other facial pain syndromes.  He and his partner incorperate the latest technologies, including neuronavigation, robotics, and endoscopy, while using an intergrative, functional, and holistic approach to neurological care. They have incorpoerated Neurovella, fondly referred to as the "Brain Spa" as well as a supplment program, AxonMD, to provide general supportive micro-nutritional support for the nervous system.

Houman Farzin, MD
Founder & CMO | Mystic Health

Dr. Houman Farzin is a physician and researcher specializing in psychedelic medicine and palliative care. He is the founder and chief medical officer of Mystic Health, a holistic health practice currently operating in Santa Monica. He serves as an attending physician in the Division of Palliative Care at the Jewish General Hospital and is a lecturer at McGill University. He is a trainer for Therapsil and was a former trial site physician for MAPPUSX, a multi-site open-label extension study of MDMA-assisted psychotherapy for PTSD, sponsored by MAPS. Abilash Haridash, MD
Neurosurgeon | Astra Neuro

Dr Abilash Haridas is a Double Board-Certified Neurosurgeon who practices in Los Angeles. He specializes in the treatment of brain and spine disorders. He is the CEO and founder of Astra Neurosurgical Institute in Los Angeles and specializes in complex brain and spine surgery.

Dr Haridas began his career in General Surgery at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York. He moved to Boston to join the Harvard Neurosurgery program where his neurosurgery journey began. He moved to New York City for his Neurosurgery Residency at the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital. He pursued a Pediatric Neurosurgery fellowship at Northwestern University in Chicago followed by a Complex Cerebrovascular fellowship at the University of Illinois in Chicago. He is one of few neurosurgeons in the country who has undergone dual fellowships in these neurosurgical specialties.

Dr Haridas has been active in neurosurgery since 2005 and continues to promote education and innovation both at the national and international level. He has been an invited speaker to Finland, Japan, India, , and several US cities. He is especially passionate about collaborating with colleagues around the globe in the advancement of the neurosciences.

He is the 22nd President for SBMT (2024- 2025) and is also on the Executive Board for The Brain Technology and Innovation Park in Los Angeles.

Sebastian Siegel
Writer, Director, Author, & Integral Therapist

Sebastian Siegel is a British-American director, author, and acclaimed therapist. He is in private practice in Santa Monica specializing in couples, depth relationships, and high functioning individuals. His first book, The Consciousness Revolution was published by Giger/Verlag for the German market. Sebastian wrote, produced and directed the feature film Grace and Grit, adapted from the true story and book by Ken Wilber. Born in Miami, Terry Wollman moved to Los Angeles after graduating from the prestigious Berklee College of Music with a degree in Arranging. He quickly built a solid reputation as an in- demand Producer, Guitarist, Music Director and Composer. Terry has worked with an array of artists including Melissa Manchester, Billy Preston, The Crusaders, Little Richard, Wilson Phillips, Joan Baez, Joe Walsh, Keb’ Mo’, and Eartha Kitt, to name just a few. Wollman has produced legendary artists including Tony Bennett, Dick Van Dyke, Dave Grusin with Alan Bergman, and co- produced Melissa Manchester’s 20th album, “You Gotta Love The Life” with special guests artists Stevie Wonder, Joe Sample, Dave Koz, Dionne Warwick and Al Jarreau.
